Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Eon, Inc. (Eon, we, us, or our), including our website at https://tryeon.ai, the Eon dashboard, storefront hosting, and related services (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and you refers to that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. The Services

Eon is a B2B commerce platform that lets you author storefront content in your own repositories, manage product catalog data, and deploy and serve storefronts on Eon-managed or custom domains. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspace, including activity by team members you invite.
• You must safeguard access to your sign-in email account; notify us immediately at legal@tryeon.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your content

You own your content. Storefront content (pages, snippets, themes, configuration), product catalog data, and any other material you submit to the Services (Customer Content) remain yours. You grant Eon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute Customer Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services — for example, validating, building, publishing, and serving your storefronts on your chosen domains.

You are solely responsible for Customer Content, including its legality, accuracy, and fitness for your buyers. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that Customer Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or distribute content that is infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious (including malware or code intended to circumvent the platform's content sandboxing)
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach any security or authentication measures, except through our responsible disclosure process
• Access another customer's workspace, storefront, or data without authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without our prior written consent
• Use the Services to send spam or to host content prohibited by our infrastructure providers

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, with notice where practicable.

5. Third-party services

The Services interoperate with third-party services you choose to connect, such as GitHub (for repository hosting and deployments) and your DNS provider (for custom domains). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Eon is not responsible for third-party services. Granting the Eon GitHub App access to a repository authorizes us to read its contents to operate your storefront and, where you initiate it, to open pull requests on your behalf.

6. Early access and beta features

The Services are currently offered in early access. Features labeled beta, preview, or early access are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional terms. We recommend validating storefront changes in a staging environment before promoting them to production.

7. Fees

During early access, plans are agreed individually — contact us at sales@tryeon.ai or see Pricing. If and when paid plans are introduced, fees, billing terms, and renewal terms will be presented at purchase, and continued use of paid features will require timely payment.

8. Intellectual property

The Services — including the platform software, component registry, design, and documentation — are owned by Eon and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Services are granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other in connection with the Services. The receiving party will use such information only as needed to perform under these Terms and will protect it with at least reasonable care. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EON'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO EON IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eon from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Customer Content, your storefronts and the products you sell through them, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services upon material breach of these Terms, where required by law, or upon discontinuation of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8–12) will survive. Following termination, you may request an export of your Customer Content for a reasonable period — your repository always remains the source of truth for storefront content.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms will be the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
